    Technical Sales Executive – Sweeteners

     

    Position Location:         Bangkok Bangna Office

     

    Business Unit:               Sales – Sweeteners

               

    Department:                  Sales – Sweeteners

     

    Reports To:                   Export Sales Manager

     

    Supervision:                  None

     

     

    Key Deliverables:

               

    • To be responsible to promote specialty sweeteners springboard in Thailand.
    • Handle new projects/new product development for sweetness springboard.
    • Support sweeteners team on current business.

     

    Principal responsibilities and activities:

    • Identify potential customers in the target segment/application and complete appropriate research on the prospect customers to understand there requirement.
    • Work closely with regional marketing/ business development and technical team to support customers’ needs.
    • Regular visit with target customers and update the status to the team member.
    • Explore new market opportunity for both core business and specialty.
    • Become an expert on specialty sweeteners products and remain up-to-date on the industry news.

     

    Knowledge, skills, and requirements: 

    • Background in Food Industry, prefer in Beverage or Specialty ingredients.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
    • Fluent in English.
    • Abilities to deal with pressures and ambiguity.
    • Being team player and willing to learn new things.
    • Flexible and able to travel upcountry.

    • Deadline-driven, self-motivated and customer service oriented.
    • Ability to work independently, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities while meeting non-negotiable deadlines.

    • Able to lead and groom team and keep them motivated.
