Customer Service Representative
Ingredion is hiring a UK based Customer Services Representative to support the Customer Services activities in EMEA, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience in accordance with European Operational Procedures.
As a UK Customer Services Representative, your responsibilities will include:
Efficient sales order processing (all order types) in accordance with European Operational Procedures
Customer complaint processing in accordance with European Operational Procedures.
Follow-up and review contract pricing agreements with Sales Managers
Actively contribute to CRM activities of the “Go to market team”
Contribution to overall and team targets (e. g. key performance indicators)
Close cooperation with Sales, CSPI, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance
The UK Customer Services Representative position is well-suited for you if you:

Apply a deep understanding of customers’ needs to make decisions and take action in their interest
Take ownership and operate with a sense of urgency to promptly respond and resolve customer issues

Ask questions to understand organisational processes and opportunities for change
Qualified candidates will have:
Relevant customer service experience
Preferably from a Manufacturing background
Fluent in Spanish and French
Experience with SAP
Able to work both independently and as part of a team, within a busy environment.
Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
