Ingredion is hiring a UK based Customer Services Representative to support the Customer Services activities in EMEA, with a focus on delivering excellent customer experience in accordance with European Operational Procedures.

 

As a UK Customer Services Representative, your responsibilities will include:

  • Efficient sales order processing (all order types) in accordance with European Operational Procedures
  • Customer complaint processing in accordance with European Operational Procedures.
  • Follow-up and review contract pricing agreements with Sales Managers
  • Actively contribute to CRM activities of the “Go to market team”
  • Contribution to overall and team targets (e. g. key performance indicators)
  • Close cooperation with Sales, CSPI, Supply Chain, Logistics and Finance

 

The UK Customer Services Representative position is well-suited for you if you:

  • Apply a deep understanding of customers’ needs to make decisions and take action in their interest
  • Take ownership and operate with a sense of urgency to promptly respond and resolve customer issues
  • Escalate customer issues and address root causes to avoid reoccurrence
  • Ask questions to understand organisational processes and opportunities for change

 

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Relevant customer service experience
  • Preferably from a Manufacturing background
  • Fluent in Spanish and French
  • Experience with SAP
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team, within a busy environment.
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office
