  • Responsibilities

    Ingredion is hiring a Marketing Manager responsible for driving growth and development of the Texture Springboard in EMEA to ensure the delivery of sales goal and innovation targets in collaboration with the Sales team.


    Manchester, UK or Hamburg, Germany


    As a Marketing Manager, Texture your responsibilities will include:

    • Leading the development and execution of the Texture strategy and growth plans
    • Identifying new innovation opportunities, developing the business cases and managing projects through the European Stage-Gate process
    • Launching new products and tracking their progress
    • Collaborating with sales to drive business development activities through developing go to market tools and attending customer visits
    • Working with the Marketing Communications Manager and our agency network to develop and implement Marketing Communications for the Springboard

    Qualified candidates will have:

    • a bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • achieved or studying towards a postgraduate diploma in Marketing or equivalent
    • solid business to business, strategic Marketing Manager experience gained in the Food Ingredients industry specifically in Texture and Hydrocolloids
    • experience/knowledge of the Texture and Hydrocolloids
    • strong project management skills with the ability to drive major programmes
    • excellent interpersonal skills including presentation skills
    • a passion for Marketing and an interest in keeping up to date with the latest developments.
